Online Meditation Courses

Online Meditation Courses

The Inner Net offers online meditation courses and meditation workshops, with regular weekly sitting groups coming soon! You may join a single course, or join as a member to take multiple meditation courses at a time. Unless otherwise noted, our online meditation courses are beginner-friendly. You don’t need any previous meditation experience to join, and absolutely all are welcome! All of our courses are entirely online, and you will be offered time each week to meet via phone, Skype, or in person with the teacher.

Our intention is to offer an online sangha and a place to learn meditation online through offering online meditations, instruction, and investigations. We hope to add a few teachers in the near future to offer a variety of experiences, teaching styles, and traditions.

Courses will be starting mid-2017, with memberships opening in the next couple months. Check out some of our planned courses below, and subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom as we will be offering half-price memberships and registration and giving away free registrations and memberships when we launch our first courses!
